Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana seeks a dedicated Food & Beverage team member responsible for cleaning and maintaining wares, kitchens, and service areas in alignment with F&B goals. You will help manage costs, sanitation, and service standards while supporting guest relations and team mentoring.

The role emphasizes cash handling, reservations, and accurate reporting, with a strong focus on safety and compliance within a dynamic gaming environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and write English required.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana for gaming entertainment.
• Welcome and assist guests to improve satisfaction and guest relations.
• Escort guests to tables/booths in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintain safety rules in dining areas.
• Handle cash, comps and reservation sheets accurately.
• Present checks and collect settlements for items.
• Serve efficiently to 25–35 guests per half-hour.
• Complete opening and closing side duties.
• Stock and maintain dining areas with necessary items.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Record cash transactions accurately.
