You will greet guests, prepare and replenish food lines, escort items from kitchen, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to health and safety regulations. Flexible shifts are required in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must read and write English.
• One-year guest service experience preferred.
• Casino Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses per Indiana Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding service.
• Supply items to maintain efficient operation.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Transport food from kitchen to service areas.
• Ensure sanitation and proper food handling.
• Assist in food preparation and dishwashing as needed.
• Rotate and stock supplies for daily service.
