• Experience delivering friendly, accurate guest service.
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests in the restaurant.
• Answer telephones, take reservations and messages.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Safely and effectively move chairs, tables and highchairs.
• Use reservation, telephone, paging and voicemail systems.
• Process payments and balance receipts per policies.
• Understand and respond knowledgeably to questions about the restaurant and menu.
• Follow all steps of service and safety guidelines.
• Complete alcohol awareness training.
