Wildfire Restaurant Group in Oak Brook, IL, is hiring HOST / CARRYOUT STAFF to warmly greet guests, seat them, and manage carryout orders with care, accuracy, and a friendly smile.

You will work in a busy dining environment with weekend shifts, multi‑task effectively, and communicate in English. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a supportive, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and seat them.
• Answer phones, take orders, messages and reservations.
• Available to work varied hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
• Move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats safely.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift and move through all restaurant areas.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile.
• Use proper phone and voicemail etiquette and guidelines.
• Accurately record and account for all items ordered, process payments, and balance receipts.
• Follow all steps of service and allergy procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Sell and accurately account for gift cards.
• Maintain restrooms and assist with table clearing and resetting.
