Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Bowl Attendant to warmly welcome guests and guide them through activities while keeping the bowling area fun and safe. You will learn multiple systems to support operations and maintain high safety and sanitation standards.

You will assist guests with lane setup, shoe care, payments, and promotions, while staying energetic and customer-focused all day long.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and friendly service.
• Teamwork is essential and upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Promoting and recommending activities based on guest needs.
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls.
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes and maintaining organization.
• Escorting guests to their lane and assisting with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensuring guests adhere to bowling safety standards.
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back.
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties.
