Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Bowl Attendant to welcome guests, guide them through activities, and help ensure a FUN, memorable bowling experience. You are energetic, guest-focused, and ready to share information about games and specials.

You will operate multiple systems, issue and clean bowling shoes, escort guests to lanes, assist with lane setup, and handle payment transactions while upholding strict cleanliness and safety standards. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome guests and engage as a FUN ambassador.
• Promote activities based on guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort guests to lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure guests adhere to bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; complete side duties.
