Main Event is hiring Bowl Attendants in Colorado to warmly greet guests and act as the information source for activities. You will help guests navigate lanes, select balls, manage shoe areas, and keep the arena clean and safe. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with high energy.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• Clear communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Promote and recommend activities based on guest needs.
• Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort guests to lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure guests follow bowling safety standards.
• Process payments and greet guests returning.
• Keep Bowl Desk and lanes clean and organized; perform side duties.
