Responsibilities

• Engage customers during shifts to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Keep games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers' eyes.
• Respond promptly and politely to customers' requests with a friendly demeanor.
• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
