Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Greeter/Desk Attendant to set the tone for guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales, and help with basic bowling instructions in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

This role includes operating the POS and central panel, coordinating lanes, shoes, and equipment, and logging any equipment issues. Applicants must be at least 18, with a HS diploma or equivalent in hospitality preferred;

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience optional.
• Proven success in school or prior job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and coordinate lane/shoe/equipment needs.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Operate POS system, central panel, and PA system.
