Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant at our Midland location to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lanes and equipment. You will ring sales at the counter, follow cash procedures, and provide basic bowling tips to guests in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Excellent telephone etiquette and prior hospitality or service experience are preferred; applicants must be at least 18 to qualify for positions involving alcohol service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proven success in school/previous job.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the front desk with a friendly, inviting manner.
• Manage waitlist and assist with lane assignments and equipment.
• Ring sales at the counter and operate POS; follow cash procedures.
• Provide basic bowling tips and assist guests with directions.
