Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, Auburn, MA, is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and ring sales while guiding lanes and equipment.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or hospitality experience, excellent telephone etiquette, and availability for evenings and weekends. The position pays $17–$18 per hour, with incentives and benefits varying by location.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and P/A system.
