Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Belleville, NJ is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, ring sales, and support daily operations in a lively venue.

You'll manage the guest welcome, oversee waitlists, assist with lanes and equipment, and help ensure smooth leagues and accurate cash handling using the POS system. Previous hospitality experience is a plus. This role offers evening shifts and weekend availability with free bowling perks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
