Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in New York is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for evenings and weekend shifts. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, sell at the counter, and help with basic bowling guidance in a lively, fast-paced environment.

This part-time role requires a HS diploma or hospitality experience, friendly telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle cash and scorekeeping systems. We offer a fun workplace with bowling perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
