Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment setup. You will ring sales and provide basic bowling instruction in a lively, guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or hospitality experience, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to work evenings and weekends, while complying with local age requirements for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
