You will interact with guests, operate the POS system, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth lane and equipment flow. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or equivalent in hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette is essential.
• Strong customer service mindset and friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.

• Greet guests warmly and assist them at the counter and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS system and related PA/central panel equipment.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and assist guests as needed.
