Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in New Jersey is seeking a friendly part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support bowling lanes and leagues. You will handle sales at the counter, assist with basic bowling instruction, and help maintain smooth front-desk operations.

The role emphasizes excellent phone etiquette, guest service, and cash handling, with benefits including bowling perks and event discounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or optional restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
