Job summary

ACCESS MANAGEMENT is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, seat them at suitable tables, and maintain smooth dining room flow.

You will greet guests, provide menus, manage reservations, and coordinate with servers. Must be available Tuesday through Saturday nights and Sunday brunch, with fluent English and at least 1 year of experience in a public-facing role.

This part-time position offers opportunities to grow within the hospitality industry in a dynamic restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar public-facing role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to take reservations and seat guests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in dinner or lunch setup
• Review and confirm reservations
• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
• Provide guests with menus
• Assign patrons to tables per rotation so servers receive an appropriate number of seatings
• Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, or respond to complaints
• Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls
• Must be available Tuesday through Saturday nights and Sunday brunch
• Desire to grow within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal (duplicate emphasis)
