Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering and departing; hold the door for them.
• Seat guests per plan and guests' needs.
• Keep host/hostess stand and waiting area clean.
• Keep menus clean and stocked.
• Perform restroom checks and refill supplies as needed.
• Sanitize and wipe tables; reset as needed.
• Assist servers by taking initial drinks or delivering food.
• Perform opening/closing duties for a safe, clean environment.
