Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a friendly host to greet hotel guests at the restaurant entrance and guide them to seating while presenting menus and answering basic questions.

The role requires strong communication, excellent customer relations, and the ability to work with POS and PMS systems. You should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have excellent customer relations skills.
• Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Knowledgeable about Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests at the restaurant entrance with a smile and appropriate greeting.
• Escorts guests to their tables and presents the menu.
• Communicates with the wait staff to ensure guest experience meets standards.
• Performs duties such as refilling beverages, setting tables, and cleaning dining areas.
• Assists with other duties as needed including rolling silverware and expediting orders.
