Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a guest-focused Restaurant Associate to warmly welcome guests at the entrance, escort them to tables, present menus, and coordinate with wait staff to ensure a top-tier dining experience. You will refill beverages, reset tables, and maintain clean service areas, while supporting team operations during downtime and handling to-go duties as needed.

Qualifications include high school education, strong communication, reliable attendance, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance and welcome them with a smile.
