Job summary

Dave & Buster’s seeks a friendly Front Desk Host to welcome Guests, manage seating, and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise experiences. You’ll handle transactions, assist with to-go orders, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service.

A positive attitude and effective communication are essential to keep guests engaged. Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Front desk/host role supporting guests across retail, game rentals, and dining.
• Strong communicator with the ability to guide guests and manage wait times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to seating and services.
• Process transactions and manage to-go orders.
• Maintain front desk area and restock as needed.
• Assist guests with game rentals and merchandise inquiries.
• Notify Managers of any guest issues and assist in resolving them.
