Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Front Desk/Host to greet Guests and guide them through dining, gaming, and merchandise experiences. You will be the first friendly face, handling guest inquiries, seating, and transactions with accuracy and enthusiasm.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced entertainment venue. Prior restaurant or retail host experience is helpful, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, provide a welcoming first impression.
• Assist Guests with game rentals and merchandise sales.
• Process transactions and manage wait times, seating and flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at Front Desk and Host station.
• Coordinate with Manager to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
