Job summary

Invited is seeking a Host to greet and seat members and guests, setting a welcoming tone for every visit. You will uphold the club's service standards, manage the host podium, and support the team to deliver the 3-steps of hospitality.

Preferred are a high school diploma, hospitality experience, multi-line phone proficiency, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with member information. This on-site role reports to the Food & Beverage Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service/hospitality is preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to handle confidential member information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and follow-instructions accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Seat members/guests while ensuring high-quality service.
• Maintain a clean, organized host podium and assist team as needed.
• Provide professional, calm service and support to front-of-house staff.
• Close out the host podium at end of shift and complete daily tasks.
• Participate in daily briefings and uphold club standards.
