The role emphasizes hands-on product knowledge, relationship building, and consultative selling, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Compensation includes hourly base pay and commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous retail or commission-based sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and decor to meet home design goals.
• Deliver world-class service in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide product recommendations.
