Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to engage customers, understand design needs, and guide them to the right products. You’ll deliver friendly, high‑energy service in a fast‑paced showroom environment.

Role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and ability to work weekends. Compensation includes hourly pay with uncapped commissions, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical Demands: stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
