Bob's Discount Furniture seeks a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers realize their home design dreams with world-class service. You will engage customers, provide product knowledge, and drive sales in a friendly, team-driven setting.

This role offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions, supporting a diverse, inclusive culture and opportunities for growth. Location-based scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Retail or commission-based sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and décor to realize home design dreams.
• Deliver world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free environment.
• Use the POS system to process transactions and manage sales leads.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and maintain showroom appearance.
