Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience with tours, questions, safety, and playful interactions.
• Maintain upkeep, cleanliness, and operations of the venue's side of entertainment.
• Provide authentic, friendly interactions and punctual service daily.
• Uphold Level99 brand standards across product, experience and environment.
• Support opening/closing tasks and daily cleaning; assist with shift tasks.
