Job summary

Level99 is opening a new Corbin's Corner venue in West Hartford, CT, and we’re seeking a Guest Experience Associate who will welcome Players, guide them through the experience, and deliver playful hospitality.

You’ll explain the Level99 concept, assist with on-site sales, support retail operations, and help keep venues safe and welcoming. If you love fast-paced environments and connecting with people, this is a great fit.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a guest-facing role.
• Retail sales experience.
• Public speaking or performance background.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage Guests with energy and enthusiasm throughout the Venue, providing tours, wayfinding, and check-in support.
• Explain the Level99 concept, room offerings, and gameplay experience to drive admissions and on-site sales.
• Enforce safety rules and monitor Guest welfare, communicating any concerns to leadership promptly.
• Support retail operations including transactions, restocking, and maintaining organized displays.
• Assist with POS usage, cash handling, account creation, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of Guest areas, workstations, and shared spaces.
• Friday and weekend availability — a must; flexible schedule including days, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts; lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Positive, upbeat, team-first attitude.
