Level99 Entertainment in West Hartford, CT seeks a Guest Experience Associate to welcome Guests and guide them through the Level99 experience with playful hospitality. You’ll help guests navigate the venue, explain gameplay, and drive on-site sales while ensuring safety and a positive atmosphere.

The role involves assisting with retail and POS, restocking, keeping spaces clean, and delivering energetic, guest-first service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be available Fridays and weekends; flexible schedule including days, nights, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal communication; ability to connect with people.
• Comfortable under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage Guests with energy and enthusiasm throughout the Venue, providing tours, wayfinding, and check-in support
• Explain the Level99 concept, room offerings, and gameplay experience to drive admissions and on-site sales
• Enforce safety rules and monitor Guest welfare, communicating any concerns to leadership promptly
• Support retail operations including transactions, restocking, and maintaining organized displays
• Assist with POS usage, cash handling, account creation, and troubleshooting
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of Guest areas, workstations, and shared spaces

OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

• 1+ year in a guest- or customer-facing role
• Retail sales experience
• Public speaking or performance background

$19 - $19 an hour

While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
