Job summary

Enterprise Center in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist with seat location, ticket scanning, and event questions while maintaining a welcoming demeanor.

You will work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with bag checks and wheelchair escorts. A $250 new hire bonus is offered after 25 events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist guests with seating and directions throughout the venue.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class hospitality to guests before, during, and after events.
• Scan tickets and direct foot traffic at building entrances.
• Aid with bag checks at building entrances and assist guests with seating.
• Provide directions to guests for all areas of the building and respond to guest inquiries.
