Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners LLC is seeking customer-driven individuals to work in a small retail shop. You will help guests choose products, answer questions, and ensure accurate information is provided.

The role includes cashier duties, receiving merchandise, stocking, and maintaining displays. The position is seasonal with benefits including a season pass for employee/dependents and access to resort discounts.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills are required.
• Guest service oriented attitude is essential.
• Ability to deal with customers and company personnel professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the shop/outlet.
• Perform receiving duties and verify merchandise against orders.
• Process invoices and coordinate with accounting on discrepancies.
• Coordinate transfers and restock merchandise across outlets.
• Operate the point of sale system and process payments and returns.
• Assist customers with product information and special orders.
• Keep shop clean, organized and properly displayed.
• Provide superior service following resort etiquette.
