Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a friendly Game Ambassador to greet guests, check in reservations, and guide players through the tech-infused mini golf experience. You’ll explain rules, troubleshoot issues, and help keep courses in great condition while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Our venues are open 7 days a week with variable schedules; this part-time role offers flexible shifts and the chance to be part of a fun, team-focused hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
• Passion for games and technology
• High standards of guest service
• Good communication skills and ability to problem solve
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day
• Assist with general cleanliness of the kiosks, game courses, and guest services area
• Assist guests with checking in their game play, answering questions, and guiding them throughout the course
• Ensure all courses, golf balls, and other equipment are in proper working order
• Troubleshoot small issues on the course and elevate any problems to Management
• Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visits
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Take direction and be a team player
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
