Job summary

OHM is hiring a Front Office and Guest Experience Manager for the Aurora, CO property. You will oversee front desk operations, supervise the breakfast and F&B coordination, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while maintaining brand standards.

You will lead a team, manage staffing, training, and performance, and collaborate across departments to maximize RevPAR and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, management, or business.
• Two-year supervisory experience or one-year line-level experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with brand PMS and hotel operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services to ensure excellence.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate front desk staff (and related F&B/breakfast duties).
• Maintain OHM/brand standards and drive revenue and profitability for guest services.
