Job summary

The Westin Mt Laurel is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor for the PM shift in Mount Laurel, NJ. This full-time role requires strong hospitality and leadership to help guests smoothly check in and out and to support front desk operations.

You will train new agents on cash handling, CRM Toolbox, and PMS usage, greet guests, manage room assignments, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with the team to deliver exceptional service. Weekend and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Two years combined prior front desk and supervisor experience.
• Prior Marriott experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide accurate information.
• Complete registration, manage room keys, and process check-out.
• Answer calls in English and relay messages to guests.
• Coordinate arrivals and pre-arrival packets; ensure smooth check-in/out.
• Train new agents on duties, cash handling, CRM Toolbox, and PMS usage.
• Monitor attendance and enforce company policies; maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist other front desk personnel as needed.
