Job summary

L & E Research, Inc. is seeking a friendly and proactive Client Services Representative to greet clients and research participants at our Tampa facility. You will help with room setup, materials, and scheduling sessions, ensuring a smooth start to each study.

The CSR helps manage front desk duties, supports recruitment and project tasks, and works with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth into other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Able to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Available for some evenings and weekends up to 30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Curious about new tools and technology, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and participants and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Set up rooms, A/V, meals, and materials for sessions.
• Reset spaces between studies for the next group.
• Cover front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, project support, or other team needs.
