Job summary

L&E Research, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Representative to be the friendly face for visitors and participants in our Tampa facility. This on-site role supports greeting guests, setting up rooms and materials, coordinating A/V and refreshments, and ensuring smooth transitions between sessions.

You will cover the front desk, answer phones, and assist with recruiting and project support as needed. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is required; lifting up to 25 lbs may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and good with people.
• Able to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Available to work up to 30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive.

Client Services Representative

• Up to 30 hours/week

What you'll do
