L&E Research is hiring a Client Services Representative (CSR) to help us create great experiences for the people who come through our facility. If you like staying busy, working with a friendly team, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll fit right in here.

We’re looking for a CSR to welcome guests, set up rooms and materials, and keep front desk operations running smoothly. This entry-point role offers up to 30 hours per week, on-site work in Tampa, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast pace.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance (mileage reimbursed for errands).
• Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
• Stand for long periods, move around the facility, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Curious about new tools and technology, including AI.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and make sure they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies, so the next group is ready to go.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
• Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they come up.
