You will be the friendly face for clients and participants, handle front desk duties, and contribute to coordinating sessions while embracing new tools including AI. Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Able to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel taken care of from arrival.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for research sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies for the next group.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors professionally.
• Support recruiting, project tasks, or other team needs as they arise.
