Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance; mileage reimbursement for errands.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends (up to 30 hours/week).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Curiosity about new tools and technology, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel taken care of from arrival.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies for the next group.
• Cover front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors professionally.
• Support recruiting, project tasks, or other team needs as they arise.
