Job summary

L&E Research, Inc. is seeking a part-time Client Services Representative to welcome guests, coordinate study sessions, and support a friendly research team at our Blue Ash facility.

You’ll set up rooms, manage front desk duties, handle phones, and assist with recruiting and project tasks as needed. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or admin experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel taken care of on arrival.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food and materials for sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies for the next group.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, project support, or other team needs as they arise.
