Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Galveston seeks a Front Desk Specialist to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, folio postings, and cash handling. You will also support the marketing team during check-in to assist owners and guests with information and room assignments.

You should have at least a high school diploma and strong customer service skills; bilingual abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office are a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, resort/hotel Front Office preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus; fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates guest check-in and check-out, handles folio adjustments and cash handling.
• Creates and issues keys; ensures safety and security of owners and guests.
• Communicates with housekeeping to expedite unit cleaning.
