Job summary

VueStay Vacations by Casago in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to be the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and property owners. You will manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat, coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping, and help drive guest satisfaction and reservations.

The role requires excellent communication, dependable attendance, and the ability to work Saturday through Wednesday 10 am–6 pm, with travel between worksites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or customer service role a bonus.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to switch tasks and handle interruptions.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and apps; comfortable with mobile devices and software.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation is essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and representing the company positively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners in a local management office.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve reservations questions and other concerns.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping; verify unit availability for vendor visits.
• Identify owner leads and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry-to-reservation conversion.
