Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Truckee, CA to deliver outstanding guest service, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations and inquiries. You will also assist with online chats and emails while maintaining organized front desk operations and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and property management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out.
• Manage reservations and inquiries.
• Assist with online chat and email communications.
• Maintain organized front desk operations and files.
• Handle rent collection and payments using Rent Manager and Camp Spot.
• Coordinate with maintenance and support events.
• Help in kitchen when required; Food Handler’s Certificate provided.
