Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations with professionalism. You will address inquiries, maintain records, and support billing processes while coordinating with maintenance and staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and prior customer service or front desk experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations and inquiries; maintain front desk operations.
• Assist guests via in-person, phone, and online channels to ensure a smooth experience.
• Report guest comments and issues to management for timely resolution.
• Process rent, deposits, and payments using Rent Manager and Camp Spot.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address guest concerns and repairs.
• Assist with community events and kitchen duties; Food Handler’s Certificate provided.
