Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS software a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a productive pace without sacrificing quality.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out professionally.
• Explain hotel amenities and local area.
• Handle check-out, billing, and transportation coordination.
• Respond to guest questions and requests promptly.
• Maintain reservations and room assignments in the PMS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
• Manage daily front desk operations including cash handling.
• Uphold cleanliness and hospitality standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
