Job summary

TownePlace Suites Huntsville, part of MCR, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure guests have a friendly arrival and departure experience. You will handle check-in/check-out, answer questions about rates and promotions, and assist guests promptly with requests to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

Join a team focused on clean, hospitable service and collaborative operations. This role is on-site at the Huntsville property with opportunities to grow within the MCR portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Effective listening, conflict resolution and clear communication.
• Desire to serve guests and provide excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out guests efficiently and confirm satisfaction during stay.
• Understand room rates and promotions; communicate them clearly.
• Receive and note incoming mail as required per shift.
