Job summary

Courtyard Fargo is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the first and last impression for guests. You will manage check‑in, check‑out, front desk operations, market sales and all guest interactions in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will greet guests warmly, process reservations, handle calls, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining accurate cash handling and records. This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and providing exceptional service to diverse guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures, guest services and hotel services.
• Fluent English: speak, read, write and comprehend.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and brand operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with personable service.
• Book hotel reservations and register guests.
• Answer calls and route messages accurately.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and assist members.
• Handle cash drawer and ensure accurate records during shifts.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
