Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to perform moderately complex calculations with accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills and diplomacy.
• Ability to input information accurately into a computer system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Capable of standing and moving throughout front office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information on hours and local attractions.
• Complete the registration process and manage room keys and folios.
• Process payments, vouchers, and currency exchanges.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and handle mail and packages as requested.
• Close accounts at checkout and resolve guest concerns.
• Handle complaints professionally and seek effective solutions.
• Remain calm during busy periods and emergencies.
• Attend on-site as required and perform other duties.
