Atrium Hospitality’s Nashville Residence Inn seeks a Front Desk Associate to oversee front desk operations, assist guests, and serve as the go-to problem solver for teammates.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs with warmth, help train new staff, resolve issues quickly, and support daily tasks like lobby upkeep and event sheet distribution. Experience in hospitality and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Hospitality or leadership background preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical proficiency with hotel systems
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and efficiency.
