NorthStar Hospitality LLC is seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Agent for the Holiday Express in Lancaster, OH. You will be the guests' first contact, handling check-ins/outs and reservations while providing information on rooms, rates, and amenities.

Day shifts are available and weekend availability is required. The role emphasizes superior customer service, effective communication, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
• Experience with hotel reservations software.
• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate (Booking/TripAdvisor).
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data.
• Register guests with required information (contacts, dates).
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms.
• Arrange personalized services for VIPs and events, e.g., wedding guests.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
